Job Description
The Corporate Systems area of NETZSCH Grinding is looking for an intern passionate about technology, software development, and Artificial Intelligence.
We are looking for someone curious, with strong logical reasoning and an interest in using AI in a practical way to solve real business problems. You will have the opportunity to develop applications, create automations, build AI agents, and participate in the digital transformation of different areas of the company.
Here, you will not just be an AI user. You will help build solutions that increase productivity and automate corporate processes.
Qualifications
Main activities
- Develop applications and digital solutions to meet internal demands.
- Create automations to reduce repetitive and operational activities.
- Develop and test AI agents focused on business processes.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, GitHub Copilot, and similar.
- Support the analysis, specification, and documentation of requirements.
- Participate in the creation of solutions using the Spec Driven Development methodology.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation for the solutions developed.
- Perform structured tests for system and automation validation.
- Integrate solutions through APIs and corporate services.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and the application of Artificial Intelligence in business areas.
- Participate in rapid prototyping of solutions using low-code and no-code technologies.
Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of programming logic.
- Basic knowledge of software development.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose structured solutions.
- Good written communication for documentation and solution specification.
- Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to software development.
- Knowledge of code versioning (Git).
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrable practical experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalents.
- Participation in personal projects (GitHub, portfolio, academic, or personal projects).
- Development of AI agents or automations using LLMs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of token consumption, context, and cost optimization in AI applications.
- Knowledge of integration protocols between applications and AI agents.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio).
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of APIs REST.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
