POSITION SUMMARY
The individual will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in a designated territory/region, ensuring customer operational continuity and high levels of satisfaction.
It will be necessary to store parts at home, perform material receiving and shipping, and keep inventory updated.
They will also directly address customer demands, resolving incidents or escalating them to the manager, territory manager, or Control Tower when necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve customer problems and incidents until complete resolution, according to established SLAs.
- Perform services on low-complexity products and solutions, focusing on financial products and ATMs.
- Perform minor repairs and component replacements on Level I equipment, including PCs, workstations, peripherals, printers, and front-end POS systems.
- Act in the first-line maintenance of ATMs and kiosks.
- Assist in site preparation, including cabling, equipment installation, basic testing, and modular replacements.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on products under their responsibility.
- Diagnose technical failures, perform minor repairs, and module-level replacements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring clear and effective communication at the local level.
- Represent NCR Atleos professionally, preserving the company's image and values.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures, especially when working on ATMs and financial institutions.
Minimum requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in IT with PC hardware maintenance and technical support, or working with ATMs (automated teller machines) or in telecommunications.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with basic maintenance tools and use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Reside in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.
- Registration with CFT.
- Valid driver's license, category B or higher.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (2 vaccines).
- Availability to travel within the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.
- Availability to work on-call shifts defined by management, including weekends and nighttime periods.
