What will you be doing here?
Work on the design and implementation of corporate, solutions, and software architecture, implementing improvements according to project requirements and needs, and collaborating with colleagues and peers, managing and providing technical direction to the team you are working with.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Bring efficiency to technology solutions to meet business needs with maximum cost balance by applying reuse and rationalization;
- Manage the technology portfolio with greater participation in strategic decisions and collaboration within software engineering teams, becoming a partner and problem-solver rather than just an auditor;
- Eliminate redundancies and inconsistencies in the architecture to ensure it is sustainable and agile;
- Be a protagonist in continuous adaptation and respond with agility to constant technology and business changes;
- Promote alignment between business strategies, processes, and technology by defining best practices for agile corporate architecture;
- Prospect emerging technologies to reduce manual effort, thereby increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs;
- Provide development teams with standards and principles for architectural assets;
- Create Archtypes and reusable solutions to improve the quality and stability of solutions in the production environment;
- Work with other architects in the Release Train to support and contribute knowledge, in order to bring standards and reusable assets;
- Control and manage the catalog of services and integration Microservices (Enterprise Service Catalog), promoting reuse and rationalization;
- Define the multicloud strategy for the Natura&CO application portfolio;
- Define the testing strategy for the Solutions portfolio in conjunction with the Test Architect.
What are the requirements?
- Experience in automation, evolution, and innovation;
- Focus on quality and a passion for infrastructure as code;
- Technical mastery and a broad vision to resolve problems and conflicts;
What are the preferred qualifications?
- Advanced English;
- Academic Background: completed higher education in Technology or Information Security (Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Cyber Defense)
- Experience leading senior specialist teams;
- Experience with Corporate, Solutions, Systems, and Cloud Architecture;
- Knowledge of TOGAF is a plus;
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and software development and engineering standards;
- Agile methodologies;
- Development of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
- MBA in Solutions Architecture
