A career as a Senior Director, IT Delivery and Technology Platforms at National Bank means acting as a leader of leaders and ensuring the evolution, performance, and longevity of a portfolio of critical technology assets. This role allows you to combine technical depth, operational excellence, value delivery, transformation through artificial intelligence, and talent development in a complex and transforming environment.
You will mobilize 3 to 4 managers responsible for technology assets and exert influence over an organization of approximately 50 to 75 people. The precise scope of the portfolio will be established based on sector priorities and the expertise of the selected candidate. It could notably include the mainframe platform and its related ecosystems.
The IT and Operations sector consists of more than 5 500 experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes.
You will report to a Senior Director, IT Delivery, whose overall scope covers the banking domain, the financing domain, and the mainframe platform. You will thus evolve within a diverse technological environment, alongside managers and teams responsible for these three areas. The precise scope of your portfolio may fall within one or more of these domains, depending on sector priorities and your expertise.
