At Multiplica, we are looking for a UX Lead passionate about user experience, strategic design, and team leadership.
This person will be responsible for building, growing, and coordinating the Experience team, ensuring the quality of deliverables and promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate user experience and design teams.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the team's designers, promoting their professional development.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of design solutions delivered in various projects.
- Collaborate closely with other leaders, clients, and stakeholders to align design with strategic business objectives.
- Be the voice and main advocate for the Experience team within the organization.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork among the company's various teams.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen the design practice within the company.
Minimum requirements
- 6 or more years as an individual contributor in product design, UX research, UX writing, or similar.
- 3 or more years in similar lead-level positions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, among others.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Passion for design, user experience, and the impact they can have on products.
