About the opportunity
We are recruiting a Standard Operator (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and information interpretation through reports and dashboards;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in monitoring and observability tools (CA APM, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace or similar);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations teams and operational support environments;
- Experience in ITSM solutions and scheduling tools, namely Control-M;
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix, Microsoft environments, SAP, Oracle Database and SQL;
- Experience in Shell Script, operational task automation and use of the vi editor;
- Ability to act in critical operation and application platform monitoring environments;
- Experience in 24x7 continuous operation environments. Availability for 24/7 shift work (mandatory);
- Intermediate level of English (mandatory).
