About the opportunity
We are recruiting an Operations Manager (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation of monitoring dashboards;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, CA APM, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar);
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in coordinating projects and multidisciplinary teams;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading technical teams, operational management, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ITSM solutions and scheduling tools;
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Linux/Unix, Microsoft environments, SAP systems, and vi editor;
- Experience with Shell Script, Python, Ansible, or equivalent technologies for automation;
- Experience in the operation and integration of monitoring and management platforms;
- Availability for 24/7 shift work (mandatory);
- Intermediate level of English (mandatory).
