About the opportunity
We are recruiting an Advanced Operator (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, scripting, and solution development (Shell Script, Python, Ansible or similar);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation of monitoring dashboards;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and observability tools (CA APM, SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus or similar);
- Experience with Dynatrace;
- Experience with ITSM solutions, scheduling tools, and integration of monitoring and management platforms;
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, Oracle WebLogic, Linux/Unix, Microsoft environments, SAP, and the vi editor;
- Experience in the operation, maintenance, and automation of systems, applications, and operational processes;
- Availability for 24/7 shift work (mandatory);
- Intermediate level of English (mandatory).
