Your Responsibilities
You will further develop our international IT and application landscape and get hands-on with implementation. A key focus is our ERP system: you will join ongoing projects, bring open topics to a close, and support the next international steps. - You will specifically develop internal skills and collaboration in the IT and Applications area. You will manage external service providers with a focus on results and cost-effectiveness.
- You will professionally manage and administer software contracts, budgets, and the license landscape.
- You will continuously develop information security and ensure appropriate protection of our systems, networks, and company data.
What You Bring
- Solid experience in the operation and further development of Microsoft-based IT infrastructures (servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, network, and IT security).
- Practical experience in the implementation, further development, and support of ERP solutions, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in leading IT or ERP projects and the willingness to take on operational work packages yourself.
- A good understanding of interconnected business processes.
- The ability to join ongoing projects, structure open topics, and drive solutions forward yourself.
- Enthusiasm for AI and digital working methods, combined with solid application know-how in the productive use of AI in daily knowledge work.
- Experience in leading employees or functional project teams and an interest in further developing responsibilities and internal skills.
- An assertive personality with strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation.
- A degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification, such as IT training with relevant professional experience.
- Very good German and English skills for collaboration with departments, international companies, and external partners.
