We are looking for a Solutions Architect Lead / Tech Lead who combines solid technical experience, leadership skills, and a hands-on mindset to support our growth in Latin America.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team of Solutions Architects, ensuring the technical quality of the solutions we design and implement for our clients.
You will have the opportunity to combine people leadership, solution architecture, and active participation in projects within a dynamic, collaborative, and constantly evolving startup.
You will report directly to our Head of Engineering and work in partnership with the Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams.
🎯 What will be your main challenges?
- Architecture and technical implementations: Lead the design and actively participate in the implementation of technological solutions, mainly on platforms such as Amplitude and Braze, ensuring efficient, scalable integrations aligned with our clients' needs.
- Leadership and people development: Manage and develop our team of Solutions Architects by offering continuous feedback, conducting performance reviews, promoting development plans, and encouraging autonomy and professional growth.
- Technical quality and continuous improvement: Ensure the technical quality of implementations, establish best practices, and identify opportunities to improve our processes and technical standards.
- Team planning and organization: Coordinate priorities, distribute responsibilities, and plan team capacity, ensuring we meet our technical commitments.
- Technical reference and problem solving: Serve as a technical-functional reference for our teams, clients, and potential clients, participating directly in solving complex technical challenges.
- Strategic consulting and pre-sales: Work in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success teams, leading technical conversations with clients and potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions aligned with their business objectives.
🔎 What we are looking for in you?
- More than 5 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, technological integrations, or SaaS platform implementation.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams with direct reports, including performance management, feedback, and people development.
- Hands-on experience in architecture design, integrations, and solving complex technical problems.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture, APIs, SDKs, and web services.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, ETLs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate them to different stakeholders.
- Advanced English and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience working directly with clients in consultative environments.

- Higher education degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
