Senior Director, AI & Emerging Technologies
The Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Emerging Technologies will lead the organization's AI strategy, adoption, and business innovation initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling AI solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, create new revenue opportunities, and deliver measurable business value. The role will partner closely with IT, Data, and Analytics teams to ensure secure, enterprise-wide deployment and governance of AI technologies. This individual will serve as the bridge between business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure AI investments translate into tangible business outcomes

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve revenue generation, operational efficiency, customer engagement, and employee productivity.
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate AI into core business functions and decision-making processes.
- Serve as the organization's AI thought leader, staying current on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Identify AI-powered opportunities to create new products, services, customer experiences, and revenue streams.
- Lead enterprise deployment, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and related Microsoft AI technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to build Copilot use cases, workflows, automations, and AI-powered agents.
- Experience working closely with cybersecurity, risk, legal, and compliance teams to implement secure and responsible AI practices.
- Responsible for driving best practices, training, and organizational readiness.
- Partner closely with the CTO, Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to establish AI governance frameworks and operational guardrails.
- Collaborate with IT, Data, and Analytics leadership to design and implement scalable frameworks for evaluating, approving, and deploying AI solutions enterprise-wide
- Lead the AI committee to review AI solutions, prioritize use cases, and define the enterprise AI roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise AI, automation, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience driving business adoption of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI platforms, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Azure AI, or Digital Transformation certifications is a plus
