EOS Integration Implementation Lead (Americas) | Digital Technologies | Guararema
Mars is embarking on a major Digital and Business Transformation initiative, which involves replacing current ERPs with a new ecosystem, with SAP S/4HANA at its core. You will play a key role in this journey, as it will be necessary to develop integrations using modern approaches, such as APIs and event-based technologies, to connect S/4HANA to the various satellite systems and business partners that are part of the broader ecosystem.
You will be responsible for leading a team tasked with the implementation of these integrations in the Americas region as part of this program.

What will your main responsibilities be?
- Lead and manage vendors responsible for the development and deployment of the program's new integrations. This includes planning and resource allocation, scope and project milestone management, budget control, and risk and escalation management.
- Define, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to monitoring delivery performance and code quality.
- Ensure compliance with processes and the proper application of governance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in delivery processes and lead their implementation.
- Support the definition of the best strategy to develop and implement the program in the markets.
- Participate in workshops and represent the team in conjunction with the area's solution architects.
- Work with the teams responsible for integration platforms to promote their capabilities, share success stories, expand the strategic use of the platform, and train vendors on Mars best practices.
- Identify and maintain a network of key stakeholders, ensuring they are properly informed and/or consulted, both in the Business and Information Technology (IT) areas, from analytical levels to directorates.
- Understand the business opportunities of Mars and its segments of operation, contributing to the presentation, proposal, and development of innovative solutions.
- Promote platform capabilities and build partnerships to support different teams and areas that need integration solutions.
