Your Responsibilities
- Client Consulting: You will advise our clients on all aspects of cyber security and compliance – from meeting regulatory requirements and process analysis to concrete technical implementation measures.
- Threat & Risk Analyses: You will conduct structured analyses using established methodologies such as STRIDE, Attack Trees, and MITRE ATT&CK, or our own threat modeling methodology "4x6", and derive robust security concepts from them.
- Compliance Readiness: You will support consulting projects related to cyber security policies and standards such as CRA, NIS 2, ISO 27001, and KRITIS, and prepare clients for upcoming regulatory requirements.
- Technical Implementation: You will advise on the implementation of security measures and processes such as Secure Software Development Lifecycle, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Vulnerability Management.
- Stakeholder Management: You will manage stakeholders, moderate workshops, give presentations, and confidently mediate between management and implementation teams.
- AI Security & Innovation: You will deal with security aspects related to AI: as an attack and defense tool, securing AI itself, as well as the security of AI-generated code. You can also contribute to our R&D project "ThreatSea".
Your Profile
- Education: You have successfully completed a degree or training with an IT or security focus. Alternatively, you have acquired the relevant skills through relevant professional experience.
- Practical Experience: You have 2-4 years of relevant practical experience, ideally from consulting in IT security. Alternatively, you come from applied technical implementation with a security focus or from a role as an ISO or Information Security Officer.
- Methodological Competence: You are characterized by your strong communication skills: you handle clients confidently, manage expectations, simplify complex technical issues, moderate workshops, and mediate between different hierarchical levels.
- Technical Knowledge: You are familiar with threat and risk analysis, security best practices (e.g., OWASP, CIS Benchmarks, secure architecture principles), as well as regulations and standards such as NIS 2, CRA, DORA, ISO 27001, or BSI IT-Grundschutz. Ideally, you have also already obtained the relevant certifications in these areas.
- Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel nationwide for client appointments. Depending on the project phase, sometimes more frequently, or sometimes only occasionally.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English.
