Job Description
- Administrative Management of Documents and Contracts for the Department
- Application Support (interaction with users and global teams for incident resolution)
- Generation of area performance KPIs
- Tracking of Tickets (Incidents, Requests, Changes)
Qualifications
- Currently in the 3rd year or later of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, and related courses, or currently in the 2nd year of Information Technology (for Technologist degrees)
- Advanced/Fluent English (Mandatory)
- Interpersonal relationship, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Office Suite
- Agile
- ITIL
Years of Work Experience: 0 - 3
- Knowledge of Power BI (desirable)
- Knowledge of Power APP (desired)
- Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX (desirable)
