What you will do
Lais's success doesn't just depend on customer service: it also depends on well-configured campaigns and a healthy WhatsApp channel. As a Meta Specialist Analyst, you will be the go-to expert on the subject for the account manager and implementation teams. You will diagnose and solve problems such as blocked accounts, quality drops, and disapproved templates, as well as guide clients and agencies on campaigns and best practices. You will also transform this knowledge into materials and training for the team.
What we are looking for
- Practical experience with WhatsApp Business API (accounts, templates, quality, and sending limits).
- Experience with Meta's Business Manager: permissions, business verification, and resolution of restrictions and blocks.
- Knowledge of Meta campaigns.
- Experience in technical problem-solving.
- Clear communication to explain technical topics to non-technical clients and colleagues from other areas.
- Organization to handle multiple demands simultaneously, prioritizing by urgency.
- Ease in documenting processes and creating training materials.
Nice to have
- Experience in the real estate market: agencies, developers, or portals.
- Experience in a performance media agency or serving multiple advertisers simultaneously.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business providers.
- Experience in Customer Success, technical support, or implementation.
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
- Experience creating training or knowledge bases.
