Job Description
We are seeking: Intern with knowledge in Systems with a desire and interest in support and training.

Objective: The objective of the position is to contribute to process optimization, ensure reliable information, and support regulatory compliance through the correct adoption and administration of the Training platform.
Activities to Perform
- Provide first-level support and resolve queries related to the use of the Training platform.
- Prepare, update, and, when necessary, translate quick guides, video tutorials, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) documents.
- Coordinate brief training sessions to explain system functionalities to new employees.
- Periodically review plant information registered on the platform to identify and correct duplicate, inconsistent, or erroneous data.
- Validate that users registered in the system correspond to actual users and that they have the appropriate permissions according to their profile.
- Promote full system adoption by operational users through continuous training and support.
- Perform constant monitoring and preventive testing to minimize critical incidents or system errors.
- Keep the system database updated and clean, ensuring that plant information is reliable and available in real-time.
- Support Training according to the area's needs.
Requirements
- Be an ACTIVE STUDENT of Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields with an interest in Training and HR.
- Have valid student health insurance.
- Availability from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Availability to complete an internship for a minimum period of 1 year.
- Availability to travel to the plant and work in person.
- Proactivity, organization, and excellent attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate English
- Excel Advanced
