Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/f/d)

Have you ever cleaned up a mature Microsoft 365 tenant: merged groups, reorganized rights and access, and set up policies to ensure everything runs reliably? And are you now looking to take on this responsibility for a company with locations in multiple countries?

The IT infrastructure is now to be set up cleanly, step by step. Roles, groups, and group policies have evolved over time and need clear organization. At the same time, the tenant should accurately reflect all locations, and the further rollout of Microsoft 365 across the organization is pending.

For context: This role is responsible for the technical Backend of Microsoft 365, i.e., tenant, identities, permissions, policies, and security. You will design and implement these yourself. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues at locations in Europe and North America within the infrastructure team.
