JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Vice President, Data Products & Personalization

About the opportunity

You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that enable connected, personalized customer experiences.

As a Product Manager in Personalization, you are an integral part of the team responsible for developing and connecting data products that power personalized customer experiences. You will lead complex data product integrations across platforms, source systems, and downstream applications, translating business and customer needs into scalable product capabilities. You will drive the integrations that move personalization data through enterprise data services, APIs, and events to Chase's digital experiences, such as personal financial management, and to the AI agents that serve customers.

As a core product leader, you will bring structure and direction to interconnected data workstreams, partnering closely with engineering, data, platform, and product teams to establish priorities, manage dependencies, and drive execution. You will combine a strong understanding of data products, APIs, and systems integration with the ability to step back from the technical details and articulate the broader product vision and customer value. You will play an important role in enabling personalization by helping transform data and customer information into reusable capabilities that can be accessed across products, platforms, and emerging AI-enabled experiences. Success requires someone who is equally comfortable navigating technical discussions and influencing broader product strategy, with the curiosity, humility, and proactive mindset to operate effectively in a complex and evolving environment.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The Digital team is dedicated to creating innovative, industry-leading products and experiences that help customers access, share and control their financial data so they can make smart decisions with their money.
