What You'll Do

As a key member of our Water Wastewater Business Sector, you will

  1. Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  2. Manage projects from planning and design through construction and implementation
  3. Design water distribution, wastewater collection, pumping, storage, conveyance, and treatment systems
  4. Collaborate with municipalities, utility districts, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders
  5. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
  6. Ensure technical excellence and quality project execution
  7. Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff
  8. Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts
  9. Help shape the future of communities throughout the region

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  1. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  2. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
  3. 5-10+ years of experience in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering
  4. Experience with project planning, design, and construction services
  5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  6. Ability to lead projects and collaborate across disciplines
  7. Preferred Strengths
  8. Project management experience
  9. Client relationship experience
  10. Business development interest or experience
  11. Passion for mentoring and developing future engineering leaders
  12. Commitment to exceptional client service

  1. Competitive Salary: $115,000 to $155,000 per year, DOE
