For our clients in the healthcare sector, we develop software for the digitalization of business processes, from architecture to implementation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Further development and implementation of the company architecture with international teams
- Conception of architectural strategies and coordination with management and the architecture board
- Organization, moderation, and follow-up of architectural decisions
- Advising management and prioritizing projects together with product management
- Analysis of existing systems and development of innovative software solutions
- Promotion of modern technologies, agile methods, and engineering standards
- Ensuring compliance with architectural principles, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
- Mentoring employees and actively supporting change processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, ideally in the healthcare or public sector
- Very good understanding of modern software architectures and development methods (e.g., SOA, APIs, Cloud, CI/CD)
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and social competence
- Ability to motivate teams and connect technical and professional perspectives
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of responsibility
- Very good German and English language skills
- Confidence in handling conflicts, feedback, and decision-making processes
- Ideally, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector and experience in international teams
