Your Responsibilities

This is what your role is about:

You take responsibility for ensuring that your customers are sustainably successful with our platform—and thus, so is ioki. To do this, you understand their goals, their operational context, and their technical challenges.

You independently analyze technical and product-specific customer issues, systematically narrow down root causes, and develop concrete solutions. In doing so, you use your software understanding, product data, and appropriate technical tools to solve problems yourself whenever possible.

You act as a technical sparring partner on equal footing for engineers, project managers, and decision-makers on the customer side.

You support your customers long-term, regularly check how successfully they are using our platform, and develop concrete improvements together with them. In the process, you also identify recurring problems and bring relevant insights into our Product Team.

You question requirements and distinguish between configuration questions, integration topics, and genuine product needs.

You work closely with Product and Engineering. You escalate issues in a targeted manner with sound technical qualification.

You work proactively. You identify risks, optimization potential, and recurring patterns before they become problems.

You independently analyze product and operational data, identify correlations, and derive concrete improvements—for example, regarding offer rates, utilization, pooling, or the coordination of demand and vehicle availability.

You use AI in a targeted and routine manner to analyze data, solve technical problems, automate recurring tasks, and continuously make your work more efficient.

In a typical week, you might

Independently analyze a complex customer problem, narrow down the cause based on product configurations and technical data, and develop a suitable solution.

Evaluate product and operational data, identify optimization potential in offer rates, utilization, or pooling, and discuss concrete recommendations with your customer.

Analyze operational challenges together with a customer and use Product Discovery to find out whether existing functions, a different configuration, or a new product solution is needed.

Use AI to perform data analyses, solve technical problems more efficiently, or automate recurring workflows.

Support a customer during the introduction of our platform, work together to develop the appropriate product configuration, and ensure a successful launch.

Exchange ideas with Product and Engineering about recurring customer problems and derive insights for the further development of our platform.

Talk to an existing customer about expanding their product usage, identify suitable upselling potential, and thereby contribute to the sustainable revenue growth of ioki.

Your Profile

Must-haves

You have a completed technical degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Alternatively, you bring comparable technical training with corresponding practical experience.

You have proven experience in technical customer support in a complex software, platform, or B2B-SaaS environment. This could have been, for example, as a Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Integration Engineer.

You have a very good understanding of software and systems and quickly familiarize yourself with complex architectures and customer environments.

You are strong in systematic troubleshooting. You work in a hypothesis-driven, structured, and independent manner until you reach the root cause.

You work hands-on with data, logs, APIs, interfaces, configurations, and analysis tools.

You have sound AI competence and can concretely demonstrate how you have used AI tools in a technical context in a reflective manner. Simple prompting is not enough for us.

You discuss precisely with engineers and explain technology in a way that is understandable for non-technical stakeholders.

You take ownership, have a pronounced problem-solving mindset, and actively drive topics forward.

You have a good commercial understanding, recognize potential for the further development of existing customer relationships, and can also evaluate technical and operational improvements in terms of their economic added value.

You think from a product perspective and distinguish between individual wishes and scalable product needs.

You speak very good German and English.

Nice-to-haves

You have experience in the field of public transport, mobility, or on-demand transport.

You have experience with complex operational software products.

You have SQL or scripting skills (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation.

You have already carried out structured Product Discovery or requirements analysis.

Why ioki?

A healthy work-life balance, diversity, a hands-on mentality, and agile working are not just emphasized in our culture, but actively lived.

Flexibility in organizing your regular working hours as well as the possibility to work both remotely and in the office.

In addition to fair pay, we offer you many social and fringe benefits: job ticket, travel discounts for local and long-distance transport, company pension scheme, company bike, sports and health offers, affordable vacation and leisure offers, and much more.

We invest in your personal development: A fixed training budget is available to you annually.

Our modern office is located in the heart of Frankfurt am Main and is therefore very easy to reach.

With us, you will meet a committed and interdisciplinary team.
