About the Role and Mission
The Product Specialist acts as the central link between business areas and development teams, responsible for the strategic planning of digital products—defining the roadmap and priorities aligned with business objectives. In your day-to-day, you will monitor feature development to ensure adherence to technical and functional requirements, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of UX/UI, development, QA, and stakeholders, and lead the planning and execution of new app version releases. You are also responsible for monitoring performance metrics, analyzing indicators, and validating user experience across different devices and operating systems, promoting continuous improvements based on data and post-launch feedback.
In your day-to-day, you will
- Work on the strategic planning of digital products, defining the roadmap and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Specify and document requirements, acting as a connection point between business areas and development teams.
- Monitor feature development, ensuring adherence to technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of UX/UI, development, QA, and stakeholders throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Plan and execute new app version releases, coordinating schedules and tracking performance metrics.
- Structure and track schedules, manage dependencies between teams, and conduct governance rituals with clarity and objectivity.
- Monitor performance indicators and product engineering metrics using New Relic and Trino, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Validate user experience through emulators and physical devices, ensuring the robustness of deliverables.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Experience in digital product management or specification, preferably in fintechs or technology companies.
- Ability to structure technical and functional requirements with clarity and precision.
- Experience with product management and development tools such as Jira and GitLab.
- Knowledge of product engineering metrics—lead time, cycle time, defect rate, and DORA metrics.
- Experience with monitoring and data analysis platforms such as New Relic and Trino.
- Ability to manage schedules, dependencies between teams, and governance rituals.
- Strong proficiency with data to support decision-making.
Preferred
- Knowledge and practical application of artificial intelligence in the context of digital products.
- Experience in high-complexity environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
