You will be part of one of the country's largest digital ecosystems, working on building mobile experiences that impact millions of customers daily. You will work with modern technology, high-scale challenges, autonomy to propose improvements, and a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and evolve native Android applications used by millions of customers.
- Implement new features using Kotlin and the best practices of the Android platform.
- Participate in technical and architectural definitions for mobile products.
- Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other technology teams.
- Monitor and improve performance, stability, and user experience indicators.
- Act in the identification, investigation, and resolution of production incidents.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the architecture and technical quality of applications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and technical planning for deliverables.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with the team's technical development.
What we are looking for
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- Availability to work on-site.
- Solid experience with native Android development.
- Advanced knowledge of Kotlin.
- Experience with Android SDK.
- Knowledge of MVVM architecture and/or Clean Architecture.
- Experience with consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Git and code versioning.
- Experience with unit testing and quality best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Analytical capacity and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of Coroutines and Flow.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Knowledge of application modularization.
- Experience with observability and monitoring of mobile applications.
- Experience with high-scale applications.
- Knowledge of SDUI.
- Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or technology companies.
- Intermediate English for reading technical documentation.
