You will be part of our Credit Recovery team, with the mission of supporting the transformation of data into insights that inform business decisions. Your role will be essential in conducting structured analyses, building indicators, and contributing to the development of dashboards and automations, always in collaboration with more senior analysts and under the guidance of area leadership, learning and growing continuously within the credit recovery cycle.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Perform exploratory analyses with team support, building operational indicators and identifying patterns relevant to the business;
- Develop queries in SQL for segmentation, extraction, and the construction of analytical bases, with a focus on precision and clarity;
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and recurring reports, ensuring the update and reliability of information;
- Contribute to the monitoring of collection strategies by channel, tracking indicators and flagging relevant variations;
- Support the preparation of business cases by gathering data, organizing metrics, and structuring descriptive analyses;
- Collaborate on the versioning of policies and tests, ensuring the organization and traceability of produced materials;
- Interact with areas such as Operations and Products to collect information and align analytical premises;
- Continuously evolve in the team's practices and tools, seeking increasing autonomy in conducting analyses.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
- Knowledge of SQL for extraction, filtering, and data manipulation in relational databases;
- Notions of programming logic and interest in developing skills in Python for automations and analyses;
- Ability to organize and present data clearly, building simple narratives oriented toward indicators;
- Analytical curiosity and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn about the credit recovery cycle;
- Good communication skills for interaction with different areas and for presenting analysis results.
Preferred
- Previous experience (including internships or academic projects) in data analysis, credit, collections, or related areas;
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for building visualizations and reports;
- Introductory notions of Python for data manipulation with libraries such as Pandas;
- Basic knowledge of credit recovery metrics, such as cure rate, roll rate, or portfolio aging;
- Experience with data organization best practices, such as naming conventions, documentation, and version control.
