Job Description
Job Title: SuccessFactors Integration Specialist
Location: Mississippi
Duration: Contract
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support the production environment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Required Skills: *
- 7+ years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations. *
- Experience leading data migration and integration activities for recent SuccessFactors implementations. *
- Participation in at least 2 recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and production support. *
- Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI. *
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center. *
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems. *
- Expertise in preparing design documents, data mappings, and technical specifications.
Preferred Skills: *
- Public sector experience. *
- ABAP programming knowledge. *
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and mentoring skills.
