As a Network & Server Operations Engineer, you will join our technological infrastructure teams, being responsible for the proactive management, monitoring, and maintenance of networks and servers, ensuring maximum connectivity, security, and availability of corporate systems.

Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize physical, virtual servers, and/or corporate operating systems.
- Ensure the maintenance, security, and correct operation of the network infrastructure.
- Continuously monitor infrastructure performance to prevent and mitigate failures or slowdowns.
- Execute backup routines, security updates, and disaster recovery plans.
- Resolve connectivity and infrastructure incidents, ensuring service continuity.
Skills
- Solid experience in administering Windows Server operating systems and Linux environments.
- Proficiency in configuring network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and/or routing protocols.
- Hands-on knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, or similar.
- Ability for rapid problem diagnosis and strong focus on system stability.
- Excellent team spirit, proactivity, and communication skills.
