Main responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact between the client and internal teams, facilitating communication and the alignment of demands.
- Track incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring proper routing to the responsible teams.
- Investigate situations and gather information to understand problems and support the construction of solutions.
- Coordinate different areas and professionals to expedite the resolution of demands.
- Support crisis and incident management, following up on referrals until completion.
- Monitor processes, deadlines, indicators, and service level agreements (SLA).
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and communication between teams.
- Keep the client informed about the progress of requests and next steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Technology Management, or related fields.
- Consolidated professional experience in the area, with at least 1 year of experience in the IT field.
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology and IT service management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with different teams, organize demands, and manage priorities.
- Analytical capacity to investigate problems, identify needs, and direct solutions.
- Availability for on-site work and travel.
