About the opportunity
We are looking for a professional with experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, and Microsoft 365 to act in the support, administration, governance, and evolution of corporate environments, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and adoption of best architectural practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Purview, Exchange Online, Intune;
- Implementation and maintenance of Microsoft 365 governance, focusing on compliance, retention, information classification, auditing, and data protection;
- Administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), access policies, SSO, MFA, and identity management;
- Administration and support of Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments;
- Definition and implementation of Cloud architectures following security, resilience, scalability, and governance practices;
- Management of Windows and Linux servers in on-premises and cloud environments;
- Administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and infrastructure services;
- Management of corporate devices through Microsoft Intune;
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of infrastructure and cloud service incidents;
- Participation in migration, modernization, and digital transformation projects;
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, standards, and operational processes.
Mandatory Requirements
- Graduation in Information Technology and/or related areas.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI);
- Experience with Microsoft 365, especially with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, Intune;
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 governance and compliance;
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID;
- Administration of Windows and Linux servers;
- Knowledge of networks, VPN, DNS, Firewall, and hybrid environments;
- Experience in Cloud solutions architecture.
Preferred
- Microsoft Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102 MD-102).
- OCI Certifications.
- Knowledge of Terraform, PowerShell, and automation.
- Experience with SharePoint governance and document management.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in medium and large corporate environments.
