About the role

We are looking for someone to act in the evolution of products related to trading and financial markets, connecting business needs, users, and technology. We seek a professional with a strong product focus, who can navigate complex environments and work closely with engineering teams to transform business needs into product solutions. The position is aimed at a hands-on professional with autonomy and strong decision-making ability. We are especially interested in professionals with exceptional knowledge in options trading, perpetual contracts (perps), and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Drive product evolution and prioritization according to business objectives and user needs.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define and evolve functionalities.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities for the technical team.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog.
- Define and track the product roadmap and priorities.
- Work with technical and business stakeholders in an international environment.
- Analyze market problems, opportunities, and needs to guide product decisions.
- Participate in defining solutions for trading-related products and functionalities.
- Ensure alignment between product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Make decisions based on impact for the business, users, and product.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar position.
- Experience in developing and evolving digital products.
- Strong ability in prioritization, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Ability to understand technical problems and translate them into product solutions.
- Experience in dynamic and highly complex environments.
- Advanced/fluent English for communication with international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Trading / Financial Markets.
- Experience with Derivatives.
- Deep knowledge of Options Trading.
- Experience with Perpetual Contracts (Perps).
- Knowledge of Risk Management.
- Experience with Crypto / Digital Assets.
- Experience with trading platforms, exchanges, or financial products.
