Your Daily Menu
- Dedicate about 80% of your time directly involved in product development, focusing on intuitive and user-centered solutions;
- Contribute 20% of your time to elevate the technical quality of the Design team, supporting professionals of different levels;
- Act as a partner to Design Managers to promote the evolution of the team, people, and products;
- Facilitate the connection between the Design team and stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment with product objectives;
- Maintain a broad view of the complete journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement significant improvements in the ecosystem;
- Navigate between strategy and tactics, ensuring the excellence of deliverables;
- Monitor and develop the hard skills of designers, promoting continuous technical growth;
- Contribute to achieving Design OKR objectives and goals;
- Question requests with a focus on results, innovation, and agility;
- Evaluate risks and opportunities, generating actionable recommendations that consider Design, Business, Product, and Engineering;
- Define and evolve design standards that increase the efficiency of people and teams.

- Advanced experience in complete product discovery and delivery cycles;
- Analytical skills to use data in decomposing complex problems and supporting solutions;

- Deep empathy for users, acting as a link between user needs and business objectives;
- Proactive profile, with high adaptability to change and ease in interacting with and influencing stakeholders in complex environments.
