About the opportunity

You will be responsible for achieving 100% continuity by covering vacations, medical leaves, projects, and technology renewals, as well as providing assistance and support to enable technological services for users during the absence of on-site engineers.
Main Activities
- Cover vacations or medical leaves for on-site engineers.
- Support on-site engineers in their activities.
- Operating system reinstallation.
- Data backup.
- Software installation.
- On-site and remote user support.
- Printer configuration and diagnostics.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Node diagnostics (using a tone generator).
- Hardware diagnostics and replacement.
Work location: On-site at various plants in Querétaro and surrounding areas.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and occasional Saturdays if necessary to cover for an engineer.
Availability to travel: Yes, to some states outside of Querétaro.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or a related field.
- Experience of 1 year in a similar position.
- Must have your own vehicle (REQUIRED).
- Availability to travel.
