Your energy will be very important for:
You will work on support, continuous improvement, and project support focused on PM/PS modules and integrations, acting as a link between business areas and the IT Team.
Activities
- Support and Maintenance: Handle incident tickets and improvement requests (AMS), diagnosing failures and proposing technical or operational corrections;
- Improvements: Analyze/develop functional specifications for technical teams (ABAP), design solutions, and participate as technical support for implementation or rollout projects;
- Integrations: Ensure fluid communication between PM/PS modules and other modules;
- User Guidance: Guide and train key and end users on the correct use of system transactions and processes.
Minimum requirements
To be part of our team, you need to have:
- Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Proven experience with SAP PM and P.S modules;
- Knowledge of the maintenance order cycle, preventive plans, notifications, work centers, and equipment structures;
- Document management, engineering data, and BOM;
- Practical understanding of integration with other SAP modules;
- Availability for travel;
- Availability to work in Salvador/BA.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (PS/FI/MM)
- English or Spanish;
- CNH B driver's license;
- Experience with It Now.
