Your energy will be very important to: Ensure the efficient and secure management of the organization's data, designing and supporting database architectures in on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring high performance, availability, governance, and regulatory compliance, in addition to supporting technological evolution and strategic decision-making.
Activities
- Define, implement, and maintain database architecture in On-Premise and Cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability;
- Lead data migration projects between local platforms and the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP);
- Perform advanced performance tuning, complex query analysis, and resource optimization;
- Establish and monitor security policies, regulatory compliance (LGPD, GDPR), and disaster recovery strategies;
- Support development and infrastructure teams with integration and automation solutions;
- Evaluate and recommend new data management technologies, including Data Lakes, Big Data, and hybrid solutions;
- Prepare technical documentation and guide data governance best practices.
Minimum requirements
To be part of our team, you need to have:
- Completed higher education in technology-related courses;
- Availability to work in Campinas/SP (hybrid model);
- Experience in advanced administration of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL);
- Mastery of cloud platforms (Azure SQL Database, Amazon RDS, Google Cloud SQL);
- Knowledge of corporate data architecture, replication, partitioning, and clustering;
- Experience with Linux operating systems, AIX, Solaris;
- Knowledge of middleware tools: TomCat, Jboss, Soabus, IIS;
- Skill with monitoring and automation tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Terraform);
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and database integration in pipelines;
- Advanced knowledge of data security and compliance.
