As an AI Engineer, you will build the platform on which AI agents are used in companies. You will deal daily with the question of how AI agents create real added value – and implement the answers into product features. Your playground: State-of-the-art technologies such as Computer Use, Browser Use, MCP, and Tool Integrations, which turn language models into capable digital employees.
- Agent Platform: You will develop and design the platform on which companies create and operate their AI agents – from simple assistants to autonomous digital employees that act across multiple steps, systems, and data sources.
- State-of-the-Art Agent Technologies: You will evaluate, integrate, and develop the latest approaches in Agentic AI – Computer Use, Browser Use, MCP, Tool-Calling, and Multi-Agent Architectures.
- Tool Integrations: You will build the bridge between AI and the real working world: Integrations into SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, Teams, and other enterprise systems that enable agents to act.
- LLMs & Models: You will orchestrate state-of-the-art language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Open Source) and optimize their use through prompting, RAG, and intelligent model selection.
- Coding Assistants: You will develop, test, and document using LLM-based coding assistants intensively.
- End-to-End: You will take responsibility for the entire development cycle – in a small, powerful team with short communication lines and direct influence on the product.
Your Profile
- You have a very good Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable background.
- You live and breathe AI agents: Agentic AI, Tool Use, Multi-Agent Systems, Computer Use, and Browser Use are not buzzwords for you, but technologies you work with.
- You have comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge in the field of LLMs – models, benchmarks, frameworks, and agent-based architectures are familiar to you.
- You have experience with RAG systems, prompting strategies, and agentic systems.
- You have very good programming skills, ideally in Python and TypeScript with React/Next.js.
- You get the most out of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation – and are constantly looking for ways to be even more productive.
- You are eager to take on real ownership in a young team and help shape a product.
- You have a high sense of responsibility and identify risks early on.
- Through your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve a high standard of quality, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members.
- You use modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently.
- Ideally, you have experience or interest in technologies for operating complex software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
