Your responsibilities will include: *
- Lead the evolution of Observability and Security practices, ensuring high availability, resilience, and protection of corporate environments; *
- Design, implement, and improve monitoring, observability, and threat detection architectures, defining metrics, indicators, dashboards, alerts, and correlation strategies; *
- Act as a technical reference in the investigation and response to complex infrastructure, application, cloud, and security incidents; *
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of critical incident management, from detection to post-incident analysis (Post-Mortem), promoting continuous improvement and reduction of recurrences; *
- Develop automations, integrations, and intelligent workflows to optimize operational processes, reduce manual effort, and increase NOC/SOC efficiency; *
- Lead initiatives for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Autonomous Agents applied to observability, threat detection, investigation, analysis, and incident response; *
- Work in partnership with Development, Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to strengthen the culture of operational reliability.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications you need to have: *
- Solid experience in NOC, SOC, SRE, Reliability Engineering, Observability, or Security Operations environments; *
- Mastery of market observability tools, including application, infrastructure, log, trace, and user experience monitoring; *
- Mastery of security and SOC operation tools, including monitoring, event correlation, investigation, and incident response; *
- Advanced experience with SIEM platforms, creation of correlation rules, use cases, tuning, and event analysis; *
- Practical knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including architecture, monitoring, security, and troubleshooting; *
- Experience in automation using programming or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar); *
- Experience in building or using solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, Autonomous Agents, or intelligent automations; *
- Analytical, investigative profile oriented toward solving complex problems; *
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with different areas and levels of the organization.
Skills that are a plus: *
- Proven experience in building AI agents applied to NOC, SOC, observability, or incident response operations; *
- Experience with platforms such as New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike, or similar; *
- Knowledge of SRE practices, Chaos Engineering, AIOps, or platform engineering; *
- Experience with SOAR and incident response automation; *
- Certifications in Cloud, Observability, Security, AI, or related areas; *
- Experience in high-criticality environments, 24x7 operations, and crisis management.
