Salesforce Developer

Must have skills

  1. Salesforce Development Exp
  1. Using declarative tools (Flow Builder → Record-Triggered Flows, Autolaunched Flows, Screen Flows…)
  1. Using programmatic concepts (APEX, LWC, Asynchronous operations with future methods, Scheduled Jobs, Queueable Jobs…)
  1. SOQL / SOSL
  1. Proficiency with Salesforce DX (sfdx, sf v2) - Metadata deployment/retrieval; Package-based development is a plus
  1. Salesforce APIs - Standard REST API; Bulk API; Exposing APEX classes as custom web services
  1. Familiarity with core Salesforce platform concepts - Data modeling (standard vs custom objects/fields); Permissions (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Settings, Role Hierarchy…); Custom Permissions; Custom Metadata; Page Layouts / Record Pages

Job Duties

  1. Provide production support to users.
  1. Estimations/Design/ Development of enhancements.
  1. Lead offshore team members for production support and implementation of enhancements.
