SENIOR LEVEL SPECIALIST – SAP ABAP DEVELOPER
We are looking for a Specialist SAP ABAP Developer to work on strategic projects for the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of SAP solutions, participating in digital transformation initiatives and migration to SAP ECC environments to S/4Hana2023.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve SAP solutions using ABAP.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve programs used in integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Document technical specifications, code reviews, and technical support, complementing the solution derived from the Functional Specification.
- Act in technical analysis based on functional requirements gathered from business areas and functional teams, as well as perform estimates to complement approval before development.
- Participate in migration and transformation projects for SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Support functional teams in defining the best technical solutions.
- Follow governance rules, ITSM, SLA, and ticket management using the ServiceNow tool.
Mandatory Requirements
- Solid experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
Advanced knowledge in
- Classic and ABAP OO (Object-Oriented)
- Reports, ALV, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, Module Pool, Functions, BAPIs, Parallel Processing (RMCA), BTE Functions (FI), analysis and performance improvement of applications
- Experience with integrations (IDOC, RFC, Web Services, APls)
- Experience in development using classes and methods
- SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAPScript
- Performance Tuning, advanced Debugging, and CDS Views
- Knowledge of SAP Note application routines.
- Experience in development and support of SAP enterprise solutions.
Desirable Requirements
- Advantage: Experience with Abap development for SAP HCM.
- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
- Knowledge of PI/CPI, building WebServices (SOAP/REST), ABAP Proxy, RFC, JDBC, IDOC, SMTP, and FTP interfaces.
- Experience with APls, RESTful or SOAP; OAUTH mechanisms.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
- Creation and consumption of OData services.
- Knowledge of Webdynpro.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow.
- Experience in integrations via APIs REST and SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience in migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA.
- S/4HANA concepts.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Git, and automation practices.
