About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with an AI-Native profile, passionate about software engineering and the use of Artificial Intelligence throughout the entire development lifecycle (SDLC). The professional will be involved in the development of a new emissions monitoring and management application, as well as the Distribution, Pricing, and Processing platform, contributing to modern, scalable, and high-quality solutions in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and evolution of corporate applications;
- Collaborate with business areas and technical teams in defining solutions;
- Design and develop new modules and microservices-based architectures;
- Develop Backend and Frontend components;
- Create, execute, and maintain automated tests;
- Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, and production support;
- Diagnose and resolve incidents and performance bottlenecks;
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technological evolution;
- Promote good development practices, clean code, observability, security, and maintainability;
- Act as a technical reference and support the development of junior professionals.
AI-Native Engineering Responsibilities
- Apply AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Utilize AI assistants and agents for:
- Code generation and refactoring;
- Automatic documentation generation;
- Test creation and validation;
- Debugging and root cause analysis;
- Code Review;
- SDLC process automation;
- Work with tools such as:

- Understand the capabilities and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) applied to software engineering;
- Support the adoption of best practices, governance, and secure use of AI in corporate environments;
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in AI Software Engineering.
Mandatory Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer;
- Experience in developing corporate applications using microservices architecture;
- Development of Backend and Frontend applications;
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including:
- Clean Code;
- Software Architecture;
- Automated testing;
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD);
- Observability;
- Application security;
- Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments;
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as:
- GitHub Copilot;
- Devin;
- Cursor;
- ChatGPT;
- Claude;
- Gemini;
- Sourcegraph Cody;
- Continue.dev;
- Knowledge of LLMs applications in software development.

Position Conditions
- 100% remote work;
- Relocation to Portugal or Spain is mandatory if required by project, company strategy, or legal requirements;
