Senior Financial/Technical Business Analyst (5+ years)
We are looking for a Senior Financial/Technical Business Analyst to work on strategic projects in the financial market, focusing on Treasury, Derivatives, and Murex. The professional will be responsible for defining technical-functional processes, supporting the development team, and ensuring the quality of deliverables in initiatives focused on financial and accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical and functional processes related to the BOX financial process;
- Define the technical and accounting processes of the BOX;
- Act as an interface between business and technology areas;
- Specify technical and functional requirements for the development team;
- Review the results of technical tests and user acceptance tests (UAT);
- Prepare technical and functional project documentation;
- Support evolutionary and corrective maintenance activities;
- Participate in post-production support (Babysitting) during the stabilization period.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical-functional roles in the financial market;
- Proven experience in Treasury and Financial Derivatives.
- Advanced English
- B2 Spanish
Functional Knowledge
- Experience with financial products, including:
- IRS (Interest Rate Swap);
- CCS (Cross Currency Swap);
- IFN;
- FRA (Forward Rate Agreement);
- C&F;
- OTC (Over-the-Counter);
- Experience in pricing (valuation) of derivative instruments;
- Proven experience with the Murex platform.
Technical Knowledge
- Experience in communication and interaction with SCIB (Santander Corporate & Investment Banking) teams;
- Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, with the ability to specify technical solutions and coordinate the work of the development team;
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Use of JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian);
Differentiators
- Experience in commodity pricing;
- Knowledge in financial position management;
- Experience with fixed income (bonds) and equities;
- Experience in transformation or modernization projects of financial systems.
Position Conditions
- 100% remote work;
- Mandatory availability for future relocation to Portugal or Spain, if necessary due to project, company strategy, or legal requirements;
