About the opportunity
ERP Migration Technical Consultant – Amadeus CMFlex
Position Objective
Act technically in the migration of data, processes, and configurations from the Amadeus ERP to CMFlex, ensuring adherence to business rules, data integrity, functional compliance, and stability of the post-implementation environment.
Technical Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, processing, and migration, ensuring referential integrity, consistency, and traceability of information;
- Configure and parameterize CMFlex modules, including administrative, financial, accounting, and/or social security aspects, according to the project scope;
- Resolve functional and technical gaps between Amadeus and CMFlex, proposing solutions for adaptation, customization, or process re-engineering;
- Develop and execute functional and migration test plans (unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing);
- Validate results with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to functional and regulatory requirements;
- Participate in go-live support, monitoring loads, data consistency, and operational stability;
- Provide technical-functional support post-implementation, performing fine-tuning and corrections;
- Maintain updated technical and functional documentation (process mapping, rules, configurations, and validations);
- Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between requirements and delivery.
Minimum requirements
Mandatory Technical Requirements
- Proven experience with Amadeus ERP (business management and/or social security);
- Hands-on experience in CMFlex implementation, migration, or functional configuration;
- Solid knowledge of administrative, financial, accounting, and/or social security processes;
- Experience in ERP migration projects, focusing on data integrity, validation, and user acceptance;
- Analytical skills for interpreting complex business rules and translating them into system configurations.
- Knowledge of SQL for database analysis, validation, and reconciliation;
- Experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) processes;
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations;
- Knowledge of social security legislation, actuarial rules, or benefits management;
- Experience with data modeling and referential integrity;
- Experience in complex ERP implementation environments or with multiple clients;
- Basic understanding of technical documentation, AS-IS / TO-BE mapping;
- Experience with migration testing, data reconciliation, and functional auditing.
