TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT ENGINEER
About
Provide technical support by attending to the requests and incidents of users from the different business areas of Grupo Coppel; as well as maintaining computer equipment in optimal condition through preventive/corrective maintenance programs and participating in business impact projects, store and bank openings and renovations.

Responsibilities
- Attend (in person or remotely) equipment incidents reported by users from the different operational business areas of Grupo Coppel.
- Perform the installation of equipment (IT) for business impact projects to improve customer experience and productivity in customer-facing areas.
- Verify the correct functioning of the equipment in all assigned implementations and projects, complying with work schedules.
- Install and maintain functional computer and technology equipment, complying with established corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
- Perform the installation of equipment (IT) in store and bank openings and renovations, to strengthen the company's growth.
- Inspect damaged or replaced equipment, repair damage and failures in them.
- Keep physical inventories of computer and communication equipment for each center updated.
- Install and maintain operable security systems, both alarms and closed-circuit video surveillance, that monitor stores, banks, warehouses, and offices.
- Install and maintain the operation of the communication antenna network for stores, distribution centers, and regional staff offices.
- Install and maintain the fleet of GPS devices in the merchandise distribution units of the distribution centers.
- Keep the documentation of networks and links updated for each store, distribution center, and staff office.
- Install and maintain structured cabling in each store, distribution center, and office.
- Configure, install, and maintain servers and telecommunications equipment in operation at each store, distribution center, and office.

Requirements
- Minimum experience of 1 year in Technology Support.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, preventive maintenance.
- Other knowledge: Configuration and installation of devices, equipment repair, links and networks. Communication antennas, structured cabling, alarm connection, servers, Windows.
- Schedule: 9 am to 7 pm. 5 days a week and 2 days off. (Rotating days off) Location: CEDIS Tecámac.
- Valid driver's license.
