Responsibilities
- Provide attention to service request tickets and daily support for server infrastructure and cloud-based services to ensure efficient and continuous operation, resolve technical issues in a timely manner, and maintain strict compliance with the organization's IT policies and standards.
- Apply security patches and updates regularly to systems and platforms to mitigate known vulnerabilities, prevent cyberattacks, and maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
- Adjust operating system parameters and platform configurations strictly adhering to security controls (access policies, encryption, segmentation, secure configuration standards) to ensure infrastructure protection, with the aim of protecting system information.
- Ensure successful operational startup of the Group's daily operations post-installation and provide timely responses to requirements and problems reported by users or systems, performing early support and attention to startup issues.
- Troubleshoot incidents affecting the operability of the server platform or services on any cloud such as Google Cloud, Amazon Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud to restore service as quickly as possible.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Linux-based operating systems and their technologies.
- Knowledge of network concepts, protocols, and services (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management systems, with cloud platforms (AWS, AZURE, and GCP) and programming languages such as C++, Bash, PHP, Python.
