Responsibilities

  1. Evolve End-to-End Processes: Facilitate the redesign of activities from demand to delivery and operation, identifying what to simplify, eliminate, assist with AI, or automate.
  1. Strengthen Portfolio Management: Incorporate AI-assisted analysis to support prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, and capacity planning, maintaining decision-making and accountability with the corresponding roles.
  1. Design and evolve the continuous evaluation and training model linked to the maturity model at the team, release train, program, and portfolio levels, transversally, for the development of different levels.

Knowledge

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
