What to expect
- Support with heart and mind: You are the first point of contact for our approximately 100 employees for all questions regarding software and hardware. Whether it involves the installation and configuration of PCs, notebooks, smartphones, or peripherals, or getting Microsoft Office, PDF tools, or VoIP clients up and running: your support is relied upon!
- Error detective & problem solver: Whether a problem with a device, the network, OneDrive, or SharePoint needs to be solved – you are on the spot, analyzing and diagnosing errors, resolving them yourself, or escalating them to our external 2nd-level support.
- System stabilizer: By maintaining and supporting our systems, managing users, performing client-based patch management, integrating clients into the network, and managing licenses in a team with other responsible parties, you ensure that problems do not occur in the first place.
- Flexible multi-tasker: Whether by phone, email, or ticket system – you always keep an overview of all IT requests, document them, and report to relevant departments. Your tasks can be performed in the office in Cologne or remotely as needed.
