What we are looking for
We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence specialist to work on the Pismo Global Delivery Framework program, focusing on the design and implementation of AI agents applied to onboarding, quality gates, and the end-customer journey. The role involves generative AI, process automation, human-in-the-loop supervision, and documentation of solutions for continuity by the Pismo team.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for AI agent intervention in onboarding, quality gates, and the end-customer journey within runbooks and architecture;
- Design and build AI agents, defining human-in-the-loop supervision mechanisms at each stage;
- Structure the feedback of lessons learned from each completed deployment into runbooks and tracks, without external intervention;
- Use the Wynxx tool to support and accelerate the team's documentation production;
- Document the operation of the agents to perform the handover to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building agents or automations with generative AI applied to business processes;
- Experience with corporate LLMs, such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI;
- Experience with prompt engineering;
- Experience in process automation with quality controls and human-in-the-loop supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Pismo platform or deployment processes in financial services;
- Experience with AI agents focused on supporting training or customer service.
