What we're looking for
We are looking for a professional with technical leadership experience to work on the development and architecture of Generative AI solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) on Azure AI Foundry, from discovery to production, promoting collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities:•
- Technically lead the design and construction of Generative AI solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) on Azure AI Foundry, from discovery to production;•
- Build and orchestrate AI Agents with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Copilot Studio, including multi-agent architectures;•
- Develop enterprise copilots and assistants with Copilot Studio, integrating connectors, plugins, and actions to business systems;•
- Design RAG architectures with Azure AI Search (vector and semantic search), embeddings, and grounding in corporate knowledge;•
- Define LLMOps standards with Azure AI Foundry and Prompt Flow (versioning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of models and prompts);•
- Ensure observability, security, and governance of solutions, applying responsible AI and Azure AI Content Safety;•
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor Mid-level and Junior engineers, acting as a technical reference for the discipline;•
- Translate business needs into AI and copilot use cases, participating in architecture definitions;
Requirements and Qualifications:•
- Experience between 6 and 8 years in AI engineering or development of AI-based solutions, with technical leadership;•
- Proficiency in Python applied to AI solutions and integration via APIs;•
- Consolidated experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs);•
- Solid experience with Azure AI Foundry (model catalog, Prompt Flow, evaluation, and deployment);•
- Experience with Copilot Studio in building enterprise copilots and agents;•
- Experience with development and orchestration of AI Agents, including multi-agent architectures;•
- Experience with RAG architectures (Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, and grounding);•
- Knowledge of LLMOps for industrializing AI solutions in an enterprise environment;•
- Good technical communication and mentoring skills;
Differentiators:•
- Microsoft Certifications (AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associate or AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert);•
- Knowledge in Microsoft Fabric Data Agents for natural language queries on corporate data;•
- Experience with Semantic Kernel or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks;•
- In-depth knowledge of responsible AI, security, and governance of AI solutions;•
- Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments;•
- English for working in a global environment;
