We are looking for a professional who will:

  1. Define, disseminate, and audit architecture, information security, and coding best practice standards, mitigating vulnerability risks.
  1. Plan and prioritize demands, performing negotiations and alignments with business areas, ensuring activities provided for in the institutional strategy.
  1. Establish a culture of quality from the beginning of the development cycle.
  1. Define and monitor quality KPIs (test coverage, documentation, and traceability) and ensure that processes meet the company's needs.
  1. Perform capacity management based on productivity data and flow metrics (such as Lead Time and Cycle Time), working on backlog management, as well as planning for reduction.
  1. Lead the team's people management, including hiring, talent retention, performance evaluation, individual development plans (IDP), and technical mentoring.
  1. Lead the evolution of software engineering processes, driving continuous improvement in processes, stimulating a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  1. Perform interface and synergy with the Architecture, Information Security, Data, and other IT teams, collaborating with the consistency of the institution's technological ecosystem.

What are the essential requirements for this position?

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or similar areas with a postgraduate degree or specialization in Software Development, Systems Architecture, or IT Management.
  1. Experience in coordinating or leading Software Engineering teams.
  1. Experience in corporate environments with critical systems and integrations.
  1. Experience in defining and applying development, versioning, and quality standards.
  1. Knowledge of best practices in security, governance, and systems documentation.
  1. Ability to work in an integrated manner with technical and business areas.

Desirable

  1. Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) will be considered a plus.
  1. Certifications in Solution Architecture, Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  1. Experience in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or SAP BTP).
  1. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and development process automation.
  1. Participation in corporate architecture and technology governance initiatives.
  1. Experience in regulated environments, auditing, compliance, or traceability requirements.
