WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE WITH US
- Within the Legal & Compliance team, you will be responsible for legal advice in IT law, including advice on digital business models.
- You will support projects and corporate transactions with a focus on data and AI.
- You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT contract reviews and negotiations. At the same time, you will support the operation and continuous development of our Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Your tasks will also include identifying, assessing, and managing legal compliance risks. You will take preventive measures to protect the company from legal and financial risks, primarily through the implementation of policies, training, and processes in the areas of IT and IT security, data, and AI.
- In an international environment, you will actively contribute your expertise and support our management in implementing measures related to digital regulation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- You are a fully qualified lawyer with both state examinations passed and at least three years of professional experience – ideally in an international corporate or law firm environment. You have previously held a comparable position or are seeking the next career step into a more senior role with your application.
- Your knowledge as an "IT all-rounder" is particularly strong in contract drafting and negotiation; you can find pragmatic solutions, such as how to resolve conflict situations in contract processes results-oriented.
- You can motivate management to deliver top legal performance for the benefit of the Fressnapf | Maxi Zoo Group. You will act as a sparring partner, providing expert advice and support on selected topics.
- With your very good English skills, you will also impress in international exchanges – further languages are a plus.
- You have a strong affinity for AI applications, combined with the willingness to independently develop and implement your own solutions and concepts.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in an intercultural context complete your profile.
