SENIOR DATA ANALYST (M/F/D)
To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) for Operational Logistics as soon as possible. You will take responsibility for company-wide KPI and monitoring systems used daily by senior management and operational stakeholders, and actively shape the data-driven decision-making culture in operational logistics. You will be close to the processes and work closely with various departments.
YOUR DELIVERY AREA
- You will take end-to-end responsibility for company-wide KPI and control frameworks, from conception and technical implementation to rollout.
- As a business partner for Operational Logistics, you will structure, analyze, and visualize complex logistics data, creating reliable decision bases for the strategic and operational control of over 30 logistics locations.
- You will manage stakeholders at the senior management level and simultaneously act as an operational sparring partner for the local sites, bridging the gap between data and operational reality.
- You will evaluate the impact of optimization measures, derive recommendations for action, and ensure that improvements are sustainably anchored in daily operations.
- You will be responsible for the quality, consistency, and further development of our reporting structures and ensure transparency in all relevant KPIs.
- You will drive the development of new dashboards, automations, and reporting logic, and support teams in working data-driven.
WHAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR SORTMENT
- You have several years of relevant experience in the data analytics field, ideally in logistics or operations.
- Typically, you have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Logistics, or Data Science.
- You have independently designed and implemented company-wide control instruments used by executives for operational and strategic decisions.
- You are strong and highly effective in SQL, Power BI, and low-code tools. You stand out with good knowledge of Databricks, cloud technologies, and Python, and you use AI tools specifically where they truly advance your work.
- You can communicate complex analyses clearly and understandably – whether in a dashboard or in conversation with stakeholders.
- You quickly recognize connections between data and processes, independently develop practical solutions with a high standard of quality, and thereby create measurable impact for the future of flaschenpost.
- You speak German well and ideally have good English skills.
