As a Technical Project Manager | DevSecOps & Cloud Transformation,

you will work on an international Nearshore project, leading strategic initiatives focused on evolving software development and delivery processes through DevOps and DevSecOps practices.

Your work will involve projects related to the implementation and evolution of CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud adoption, Infrastructure as Code, development platform modernization, and security integration into the software lifecycle.

You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams in development, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, security, operations, and business, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, security requirements, and delivery goals.

The position also includes managing scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, indicators, and executive communication in a global and highly regulated corporate environment.

  1. Advanced English (C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment;
  1. Experience in leading DevOps and DevSecOps projects or programs in corporate environments;
  1. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and modern software delivery practices;
  1. Experience with implementation, evolution, or governance of CI/CD pipelines;
  1. Experience in automation initiatives, cloud adoption, cloud transformation, and technological modernization;
  1. Knowledge of Secure SDLC, Security by Design, Application Security, Security Automation, and Vulnerability Management;
  1. Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker;
  1. Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS or Microsoft Azure;
  1. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation practices;
  1. Knowledge of tools and processes related to SAST, DAST, vulnerability management, and application security;
  1. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams composed of development, DevOps, architecture, cloud, security, infrastructure, and operations professionals;
  1. Experience in managing scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies;
  1. Experience with project governance, executive communication, and tracking delivery indicators;
  1. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, or SAFe;
  1. Ability to translate business objectives and security requirements into clear and executable delivery plans;
  1. Analytical skills, organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in global environments.

Differentiators you might have

  1. Experience in financial services, banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, fintechs, insurance companies, or other highly regulated segments;
  1. Experience with digital transformation programs or corporate platform modernization;
  1. In-depth knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or CI/CD tools;
  1. Experience with security governance, technology risk management, and regulatory requirements;
  1. Experience in defining and monitoring DevOps and DevSecOps metrics;
  1. Experience managing vendors or technology partners;
  1. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP certifications;
  1. Certifications related to AWS, Azure, DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes, or information security.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead strategic projects related to DevOps, DevSecOps, automation, cloud, and technological modernization.
  1. Plan and monitor initiatives for the implementation and evolution of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  1. Coordinate projects for cloud adoption, Infrastructure as Code, and modernization of development platforms.
  1. Promote the integration of security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  1. Coordinate activities among development, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams.
  1. Define and manage project plans, scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, and success criteria.
  1. Identify, log, assess, and track risks, impediments, issues, and dependencies.
  1. Conduct governance forums and keep stakeholders and leadership informed about status, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
  1. Define, monitor, and present indicators for delivery, efficiency, quality, security, and predictability.
  1. Ensure alignment between business objectives, security requirements, and technology priorities.
  1. Support initiatives for Security by Design, security automation, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery.
  1. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, technology controls, and governance, risk, compliance, and security requirements.
  1. Facilitate decision-making, impediment resolution, and escalation of critical issues.
  1. Support the coordination of vendors, partners, and distributed teams, where applicable.
  1. Promote continuous improvement of processes, tools, and practices used throughout the development cycle.
  1. Contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration, automation, security, and shared responsibility.
